Where will the mini sessions take place?The sessions will be held at two stunning outdoor location in Brisbane. Option One is shot at the Botanic Gardens, Mt Coot-Tha, Option Two at Nudgee Beach. I chose two of my favourite family photo locations in Brisbane, with gorgeous natural light and beautiful natural surroundings, so you and your little ones feel comfortable and free to be yourselves.

Can I bring more than one child?Absolutely! These sessions are designed for the whole family. If you have more than three children and would like individual portraits of each of them, I recommend booking two back-to-back slots to ensure we have enough time to capture all the special moments.

Can partners or grandparents join?Whilst these sessions are focused on celebrating mums and their children, I am happy for you to bring your partner or grandparent. If you are concerned that 20 minutes is not long enough, I recommend booking a full family session instead. Feel free to get in touch to discuss options!

What is a Mother’s Day Mini Session?A Mother’s Day Mini Session is a short and sweet professional photoshoot designed to capture beautiful, candid moments between mothers and their children. While most photographers keep these strictly to mum's and their kids, I invite you to bring along your partner and your own Mum. My Minis are a chance to celebrate the love, laughter, and connection with candid, heartfelt portraits.

When will I receive my photos?You’ll receive your edited gallery within two weeks after your session. From your gallery you can download your five included high resolution digital images. You can also choose to upgrade to purchase individual images at $35 per image, or the whole gallery at $250. Your gallery will be life for 12 months with direct access to my online print store. I work with my trusted local professional photography lab. I have worked with them for years, and they deliver stunning quality every time, at an affordable price.

What should we wear?If you’re wondering what everyone should wear on the day, focus on one thing: Do you like the way it makes you feel? The same goes for your kids, let them wear what makes them happy. Here’s the thing: A perfect photo isn’t about perfectly coordinated outfits. Your photos will end up on your wall, because of the way you felt on the day, not because of a carefully curated color palette. If you still need some more guidance, read through my free session planner included in your booking.

What happens if it rains?If the weather doesn’t cooperate, I’ll be in touch with reschedule options or an alternative indoor location to ensure we still get beautiful photos.
