A Brisbane Family & Newborn Photographer—and if I were a fruit, I’d definitely be a raspberry!
Did you know a single raspberry is made up of about 100 tiny fruits called drupelets, all clustered around a central core? That’s me in a nutshell (or, should I say, drupelet). I wear a lot of hats—sometimes it feels like too many—but over time, I’ve realized that this variety is actually my superpower.
Raspberries need to be handled with care because we’re intuitive, and at times a bit sensitive, yet full of zest. We’re sweet and tangy, with a bold colour. And everyone knows, raspberries are playful and fun to have around.
Before you invite me into your world, here’s a bit more of my story. Unless of course, you would prefer to get to know me in person. In that case...
the nitty gritty
I fell in love with photography at a young age, and I’ve spent my career mastering my craft.
I hold two Master’s degrees in Photography and Filmmaking—from Folkwang Uni of Arts in Germany (where I’m from) and the Royal College of Art in London.
I’ve travelled the globe on scholarships, won awards, and exhibited my art in galleries worldwide. My creative journey brought me to Brisbane, and I’ve been here ever since. Alongside my art, I’ve got over 15 years of experience in the creative industries, from video production and editing to motion design and professional photography.
But portrait photography is my first and true love.

the fun bitty
I’m a proud mom of two magical, hilarious little humans.
They make me laugh out loud every single day. We’ve got one of each, and we did the two under two thing until recently. My eldest has just turned three! It has been a whirlwind, to say the least! As much as I love photography, I’m the worst at remembering to snap pictures of my own family! (I’m working on it, though.)
Beyond photography, I love to sing, dance ballet, cook, bake German-style sourdough, and explore the outdoors with my family. Camping, beach trips, and visits to my in-law’s farm are some of our favourite things to do.
